Backhaul Direct has once again made the Indianapolis Business Journal's list of the top 25 Fastest-Growing Indianapolis- Area Private Companies! Backhaul Direct is ranked #13 with 101% revenue growth. Companies ranked by percentage of revenue growth from fiscal years 2007 to 2009. The company has grown from 26 employees in 2007 to over 70 in 2010. Now that is what we call moving forward!

We have become so large that we have grown right out of our old office. It is hard to believe that our company began with only 4 employees. Let’s just say that we moved from 50 desks to over 135 desks.

February 18 – 20 , 2011 : 42nd Annual Backhaul Direct Hoosier Classic
The 42nd Annual Backhaul Direct Hoosier Classic presented by Columbia 300 is a tournament
dedicated to men’s and women’s collegiate teams. The tournament will be held February 18-20, 2011.
This is the most sought-after regular season title of the collegiate season. Last year there was a record prize fund of $31,000 based on a full field of 80 men’s teams and 56 women’s teams.

Backhaul Direct Joins U.S. EPA Smartway Transport Partnership
INDIANAPOLIS - Backhaul Direct, the IBJ's 2008 Fastest Growing Private Business, announced today that it has joined the Smartway Transport Partnership, an innovative collaboration between U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the transportation industry, designed to significantly reduce greenhouse gasses and air pollution.
Backhaul Direct was founded in 2004 and has rapidly increased revenues by combining the best in logistics experience with unmatched innovations in technology. With this initiative, BD will contribute to the Partnership's goal to reduce 33 to 66 million metric tons of carbon dioxide and up to 200,000 tons of nitrogen oxide per year by 2012 by improving the environmental preformance of the company's freight operations.
